Ingredients for making Cream biscuits with condensed milk:

 3 cups of sweet powder

 1 cup cornstarch (cornstarch)

 200 grams of cream

 ½ carton of condensed milk

 3 beaten eggs

 1 tablespoon of baking powder (Royal type)

 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)

How to make Cream biscuits with condensed milk:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl: the flour, cornstarch, cream, condensed milk, eggs, yeast and, if you like, the vanilla essence as well. Mix by hand or with an electric mixer until you get a soft, easy-to-shape biscuit dough.

Tip: Vanilla essence adds a little extra flavor to this cookie recipe, but it's an optional ingredient. The cream used can be milk cream or supermarket cream.

To shape the cream biscuits you can do it in two ways:

With greased hands, remove portions of dough and shape into balls. Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment or greased paper and crush with the palm of your hand or a fork;

Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is 2-3 cm high and cut using cookie cutters.

Take this cornstarch biscuit with condensed milk to bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes or until it begins to brown around the edges. Remove, let cool and they're ready to serve! Enjoy with tea or coffee and good appetite.

Tip: If you bake the cookies for 20 minutes they will be soft. If baked for 35 minutes they will be crispier.
